As a guide we charge. Before submitting a request for quotation, please read the guidelines to the right.

• Our minimum order is $60+GST+shipping（or pick up）.   Price is determined by materials, complexity and size.   We require design files (dxf, pdf, or ai) or a hand drawing with dimensions to provide a quote.

      我们的最低订购量为 $60AUD+消费税+运费（或自取）。价格由材料、复杂性和尺寸决定。我们需要设计文件       
     （dxf、pdf 或 ai）或带有尺寸的手绘图来提供报价。

• $20 for file setup per project, projects with more then 5 files will be charged $8 per file instead.
  每个项目的文件设置费用为 $20AUD，文件超过 5 个的项目将按每个文件收费 $8AUD。

• $1.50 per minute for laser cutting.

      光切割每分钟 $1.5AUD。

• Please note prices are GST exclusive and our minimum jobs are $60.

• Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. Other options are credit card (incurs 3% fee).

• Orders under $300 require full payment prior to starting your job. Orders over $300 require a 40% deposit and the remainder of payment is due prior to dispatch.

      发货前支付。

• We offer a 24-48 hour express for an additional $50 for small orders. Orders over $500 please enquire to see if 24 hour production is available. Once payment and materials are received your order will be ready in 24-48 hours from this time.

• Most of the work we do ranges from $60 to $500 per project. It is all dependent on the materials, time and complexity. Send us your design files or a hand-drawing and we will get back to you with recommendations and pricing.

• Please have a look at our available materials here. We keep small quantities of most materials but for larger orders we may need to order in extra. Please note for acrylic orders we do order these in as required. We stock 30 x 60mm x 3mm clear acrylic and plywood on hand but all other orders may take 2-3 days to arrive.

• We laser cut wood, Acrylic andOther basic materials for you to use for your projects. Please see below for sizing, thickness and prices for materials. Please note prices are GST exclusive and you are also welcome to provide your own materials.

     Returns and replacements  退货和换货

• There are no returns on laser cut goods or express fees. As laser cutting is an experimental process there are many variables to work with and we endeavour to inform out clients through our Cutting Guidelines on what to expect and also ask that you do your own research, such as speaking to your suppliers about how the materials react to using heat to cut. We will also advise you on our experience in using similar materials but do recommend that you do samples before a large production.
